2.Implementation and Integration of HW/SW

The biggest challenge for VERCOM is to reduce breakdowns and service cuts trough planned interventions.

CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE: Includes all necessary corrective work for the resolution of unforeseen incidents.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: The aim is to maintain updated the system, ie a realization of periodic actions to forsee in advance possible failures in the system, allowing its recovery, restoration, renovation and ongoing operation, reliable, safe and economical.
EVOLUTIONARY MAINTENANCE: Includes all evolutive tasks that aims to increase the value-added, the operation quality and the continuous improvement of the system. Through the evolutionary maintenance is performed additions, modifications, or deletions of the system needed to cover the expansion or change in business needs.

3b.Outsourcing
The PBX’s renting is used by VERCOM as a quick and simple outsourcing solution. The renting is a long-term leasing contract that doesn’t persue the property, but the use only during the contract period. In the renting fees is included a range of additional benefits, with the objective that by paying the monthly payment the user doesn’t have to worry about other aspects related to the equipment maintenance. In addition, this maintenance is provided by official services, which ensures that is always at full capacity. The renting option is a convenient alternative for customers because it integrates a multitude of needed services, whatever the choice, in just one contract and with the warranty of an only company.
